Leah Pawelczyk, PA-C

Leah Pawelczyk, PA-C is a board certified Physician Assistant who joined Children’s Medical Group in 2021. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Fairfield University and went on to complete her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY. Leah works full-time as a Transplant Surgery PA but her passion for pediatric medicine and parent/patient education enticed her to join the CMG team. Leah is a strong advocate for open communication and believes that every child’s voice should be heard. In her spare time Leah enjoys making memories with family and friends, baking, exploring the outdoors, traveling, and relaxing!
