Michael Corjulo

Michael Corjulo, APRN, CPNP, AE-C, PMHS has worked as a primary care provider at Children's Medical Group since 2008. Mike has been a advanced practice provider since graduating from the Yale School of Nursing in 1998. He has been a certified asthma educator (AE-C) since 2003 and a pediatric mental health specialist (PMHS) since 2017. Prior to becoming an advanced practice provider, Mike worked in a variety of acute care and community settings, including the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Yale-New Haven Children's Hospital, and as a manager for local pediatric home care programs. Mike worked as the health coordinator for the ACES school system from 2007 -2017, and Head Zone concussion center from 2017-2018. Mike was also the site director for the Community Asthma integrated Resource (CAiR) - a New England collaborative home visit program that was the recipient of the national EPA 2016 community leadership award. Mike remains active working on local, state and regional levels teaching asthma and other educational programs, and advocating for health care services for children and adolescents. In 2018 Mike became clinical director for the Pediatric Resource Center in Hamden, offering asthma and concussion consults for pediatric patients in the greater New Haven area. Mike and his wife live in Guilford and they have two sons. He enjoys a variety of sports and activities, including hiking and biking; and he enjoys cooking, traveling, and photography.
